Mathioulaki Dafni is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2007–2013).
During the period 2016–2017, she was awarded a scholarship by the same University to pursue postgraduate studies in Public Law.
She completed her legal traineeship at a law firm during 2013–2014, and since its completion she has been professionally collaborating with a law firm specializing in Administrative, Civil, and Commercial Law.
